Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington, D.C., and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
